Employment & Career Pathways

From a job today to a career you can build on.

Overview

Economic independence is one of the strongest predictors of long-term stability. Our Employment program connects participants with job readiness training, vocational opportunities, and trade pathways designed for people rebuilding their lives — including those with records.

We help participants prepare professional resumes, navigate background-friendly hiring, and step into roles that lead somewhere — not just a paycheck, but a future.
